Delivery Information

UK Glass Centre deliveries are made via courier service, Parcelforce (unless otherwise stated). Our delivery service covers the UK mainland.

Delivery costs will vary depending on the weight and size of your product and your location within the UK. We will always endeavour to provide you with the most economical delivery cost without compromising the quality of the shipping service.

You will be notified by email when your item has been dispatched. Parcelforce will notify you of the date and approximate time of delivery and will send a text notification to you on the day advising you of your delivery time if required. You will also have the option to change the delivery day or alternatively, collect direct from your local post office. 

Your products will be delivered in boxes and are packaged with great care using the most appropriate packaging to ensure your items are delivered to you safely and undamaged. In the unfortunate event of your goods arriving in a damaged condition, we ask that you please contact us immediately by phone 0333 200 4922 or email info@ukglasscentre.co.uk We will arrange for the item/s to be collected, free of charge, at a time convenient to you and offer you a replacement or full refund.
