Returns Policy

Custom & Bespoke Products

Products made to customer specifications cannot be refunded and are exempt from the Consumer Contract Regulations (CCR). Once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. When ordering custom/bespoke products, all measurements, specifications and colours must be checked and doubled checked by the purchaser. We are happy to advise on measurements and specifications but cannot accept any responsibility for input errors made by the customers when placing an order. Customers are required to agree to their inputted specifications before the contracted order can be processed. If Customers order verbally over the phone, a written confirmation of your order will be sent to you. It is the customer responsibility to check this confirmation is correct and to contact UK Glass Centre if any amendments are required within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation. Standard Size Products and Accessories

Customers, who wish to cancel a standard size product order, have 14 working days after receipt of goods to cancel their order. To exercise this right, customers must make a clear statement within the stated 14 working day time frame stating their wish to cancel a standard size product order via email info@ukglasscentre.co.uk. Returned goods must be packaged using the original UK Glass Centre packaging, with care and attention for safety due to the nature of the material. Goods must be returned to UK Glass Centre in the same condition in which they have been received unless detailed in the clear statement. After 14 working days, customers cannot cancel their order.

Returning Products

If returning purchased goods, products must be packaged using the original UK Glass Centre packaging, with care and attention of safely due to the nature of the material. Products may be opened and viewed by the customer prior to returning. Products must be returned to UK Glass Centre in the same condition in which they have been received. Customers are liable to pay for the return of products. Once the item is returned, the item will be refunded to the full amount paid including the packaging and the postage. If UK Glass Centre has arranged the return postage on the customer’s behalf, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from the overall refund. Please be aware, that the cost of the return postage may vary depending on the size and weight of the product.

Any products returned to UK Glass Centre in a damaged state (which have not previously been stated in writing) will leave the customer liable for the cost of goods.

Damaged or Missing Products

In the unfortunate event of your goods arriving in a damaged condition, you can refuse delivery stating clearly that the item/s are damaged. Alternatively, you can accept delivery and contact us no later than 48 hours after delivery of your goods. You can contact us either via email info@ukglasscentre.co.uk or telephone 0333 200 4922. We will require a clear photograph of the damaged goods/packaging before we can offer you a replacement or a full refund of your damaged goods.  If you are unable to depose of the damaged goods, UK Glass Centre can arrange for the damaged items to be collected. We will arrange for the item to be collected at time convenient to you, wherever possible. If part of your order is missing and you have not been contacted prior to delivery regarding a part delivery, or it is not clearly marked on the delivery note, please contact us our offices within 48 hours of delivery so we can advise you further on any further deliveries.
